Inside a cleanroom, a focused beam of electrons writes your story directly onto a silicon chip coated in a sensitive resist layer. There is no mask, no template, no intermediate step - the electron beam traces every word and image, character by character, at a resolution finer than any optical process can achieve. This is the same technology used in the world’s most advanced semiconductor research.
Fixed into the silicon
The chip is developed and the pattern is permanently set into the material itself. No ink, no data, no file - only structure. There is nothing to fade, corrupt or become unreadable.
Cut, inspected, set
The chip is cut from the wafer, inspected under magnification, then set by hand into your 925 sterling silver pendant in the Netherlands.
